Every puppy is raised in a clean, enriched, and family-centered environment with meticulous attention to hygiene, nutrition, and early development. We’re proud to stand behind every pup we place with a clear and ethical health guarantee.

✅ 1. Vet-Checked & Vaccinated

Each StrictlyPups puppy receives a full health screening from a licensed veterinarian prior to going home. Your puppy will come with:

  • ✅ Detailed health records & vaccination schedule

🧬 2. Genetic Health Guarantee

We guarantee that our puppies are free from life-threatening congenital or genetic disorders for up to 1 year from the date of purchase. If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a hereditary issue within that period, we will offer a replacement puppy or a partial refund, as detailed in your purchase agreement.

🛡️ 3. Clean Environment & Infectious Disease Prevention

Our puppies are raised in a clean, climate-controlled setting, with strict protocols to protect against contagious illnesses. While we take every precaution, buyers must avoid public areas or contact with unvaccinated animals until the puppy’s vaccine series is complete.

📋 4. Buyer’s Responsibility

To maintain this guarantee, new puppy parents are expected to:

  • 🩺 Schedule a vet visit within 72 hours of bringing your puppy home

  • 💉 Keep your puppy up to date with all vaccinations and deworming

  • 🍽️ Feed a high-quality diet suited to your breed

  • 🐾 Provide regular exercise, grooming, and checkups

❌ 5. Guarantee Limitations

Our health guarantee does not cover:

  • Conditions caused by neglect, trauma, or improper care

  • Parasitic infections (fleas, worms, ticks) — common in puppies and easily treatable

  • Illnesses due to delayed vet care or missed vaccinations
